The subject was 30 year of age when this treatment was carried out

She had two particular treatments, The upper and lower eyelid tightening and chicken pox scar removal on her forehead. She is of skin type 3

A cream based numbing product (F&E Plus) was used, with active ingredients: 6% Lidocaine and 4% Prilocaine. It is important that the client is at ease during the aesthetic treatment.

The overall intensity of the treatment presented is a high-intensity treatment.

In the case study presented, the setting of the device used is BeautyTeck level 12 with 3 battery configuration. As you can see from the picture above the spacing between the spots is between 1 to 2 mm. The duration of the arcing is approximately a quarter of a second. The area covered is the upper eyelid area and part of the lower eyelid.

The amount of excess skin on the upper eyelid was relatively minor.

As seen in the pictures of both left and right eyelids although the slight excess skin on the eyelid is noticeable, this is very minor, therefore surgical intervention in this case would hardly be justifiable, because the improvement required would be too minor and the risks and downtime associated with a blepharoplasty would be unfavourable.

As we have discussed throughout this website the expected result is a minor localised tightening, however these results are cumulative. This means that repeating these aesthetic treatments at certain intervals can achieve very good results, even when the loose area to be tightened is relatively extended.

The discomfort occurred just around the lower eyelid, and subsides later. The intensity of the pain was very little which was very good for this particular procedure.

Scabbing occurred third day after the treatment and fell off almost completely on the Fourteenth Day

Slightly reddish just around the lower eyelids
